1) Provider and legal status

The intercity transfer service on this website is provided by Holbranta (PE), EDRPOU code 87673994, address: 34A Khreschatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine, email: contact@holbranta.com, phone: +380 984 012 2676.

For consumer information in e-commerce, we provide the required legal status access in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” dated 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII.

2) Quotes, confirmation, and availability

• Quotes are confirmed on request. Any price shown on the website (including estimates) may depend on route details, schedule, vehicle availability, and pickup/meeting requirements.
• A confirmed booking is created only after the service provider confirms the request (for example, via email/phone or the booking confirmation message).
• If a requested transfer is not available, we may offer alternative times/vehicle options or cancel the request.

3) Coverage limitations and route changes

Service availability may vary by intercity direction, timing, traffic conditions, and driver/vehicle scheduling. We may adjust route details when required for safe operation or due to force majeure or local operational constraints. Any significant changes are communicated to you as soon as reasonably possible.

4) Pickup, meeting point procedure, and identification

• Please provide correct pickup location, time, and contact information.
• At the meeting point, the driver may use an identifying sign or otherwise present identification according to operational practice.
• If you cannot be found at the agreed meeting point within a reasonable time, we may contact you. Continued inability to meet may affect the ability to perform the service.

5) Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt fraud, unauthorized access, interference with the service, or submission of false information.

6) Payment, cancellations, and amendments

Payment and cancellation/amendment rules (including any deposit or fee rules) depend on the confirmed booking terms communicated to you during confirmation. Please review the booking confirmation details.

7) Liability limits

To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, the provider is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (including force majeure, road closures, weather, or actions of third parties). Our liability may be limited to direct documented losses related to the service, excluding indirect losses where legally allowed.

8) Consumer complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us using the contact details below. We will review the issue and respond. You may also seek out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms available under Ukrainian consumer protection rules (where applicable) before or during legal proceedings.
